In our initial consultation, we gather essential details such as room measurements, your specific requirements, design preferences, and any unique considerations for the project.

Design Consultation
During the design consultation, we will personally assess your space and discuss your requirements, vision, preferences for fixtures and fittings, budget, and desired aesthetics. This information forms the foundation for creating a tailored plan, accurate pricing, and a comprehensive proposal for your remodelling project.

Professional Expertise
Ken Beard & Son Ltd has completed the Kitchen & Bathroom Planning & Design course with the University of Arts London (UAL).

Comprehensive Quote
After the initial consultation, we provide a comprehensive quote that includes a mood board, drawings, and remodel plans. You'll receive details on fixtures and fittings, along with links for additional information and brochures for personalized choices.

Booking and Deposit
If you are ready to proceed, we will agree on a start date and book your remodel once a deposit has been made. Deposits start from 10%. Please note that larger deposits may be required for kitchen remodels due to the bespoke nature of the cabinetry. *Please be aware that we are often booked 3-4 months in advance, and bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid.*

Final Preparations
We will arrange a further appointment to review the planned work schedule and make any final selections if needed, 7-10 days before work commences.
