We are currently seeking  Multi-Skilled Installers specialising in bathroom and kitchen fitting to join our team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate expertise in these areas, with proficiency in tiling being a valuable asset. A valid driver's license is mandatory, and owning a vehicle is advantageous.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform bathroom and kitchen installations to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
- Utilise skills in tiling, plumbing, and carpentry to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the installation process.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.

**Benefits:**

 Business Admin/Digital Marketing Apprentice  

**Age Requirement:** 16-17 years old

**location** Our Showroom and offices @ 260 Wallasey Village CH45 3HB.

**Salary:** National Minimum Wage (NMW) for apprentices to start with increase to above after successful probationary period.

**Brief Description of Duties:**
As a Digital Marketing Assistant for our luxury kitchen and bathroom installation and complete remodel company, you will play a crucial role in elevating our brand presence and engaging our audience through digital channels. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Collaborating with the Business Manager and admin team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns tailored to our luxury kitchen and bathroom offerings. Assisting with general admin/office duties. 
2. Conducting market research to identify trends and customer preferences in the luxury home improvement sector.
3. Creating compelling content for our website, social media platforms, email newsletters, and other digital channels to showcase our premium products and services.
4. Assisting in the management of our social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement metrics.
5. Supporting the optimisation of our website for search engines to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.
6. Assisting in the development and implementation of online advertising campaigns, targeting audiences interested in luxury home renovations.
7. Monitoring and analysing the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools, and providing insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
8. Assisting in the coordination of digital marketing initiatives with our showroom events and promotions.
9. Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your digital marketing skills and knowledge, with a focus on luxury branding and customer experience.
10. Enrolling in an 18-month NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) program in Digital Marketing, tailored to the specific needs of our luxury home improvement company. The program will be delivered during regular working hours with a flexible training schedule, including a blend of online, webinar, and practical sessions, along with dedicated 1-1 support from your tutor.

**Entry Requirements:**
Prospective learners will need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum age of 16 years old
 

Non essential but will be an advantage - Possession of 5 GCSEs (Grade A* to C/9 to 5) or equivalent qualifications - good maths and English skills are essential. 

**Qualifications Upon Successful Completion:**
Upon successful completion of the course, learners will attain the following qualifications:
- Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer certification
- Certificate in Principles of Marketing or Certificate in Digital Marketing
